The Office of the Public Solicitor is not a profitable organisation . Its purpose is to assist the needy people of the Republic of Vanuatu.

All fees are to be paid to the Government Cashier at the department of Finance and Treasury.

• Consultation fee – VT 2,045
• Mortgage fee – VT 3,065

These fees are to be paid ONLY for Civil Cases. Criminal Cases are exempted from these fees.
