Our Roles

One very important role of the Public Solicitor’s Office is to provide advice and representation in Courts to anyone charged with a serious criminal offence.

In providing this service the Public Solicitor’s Office ensures that anyone charged with a serious criminal offence receives proper advice and has someone to speak on their behalf and represent their interests when the matter comes before the Courts.
