The Office of the Public Solicitor also advises and represents people in a range of other legal matters. Examples of some of the matters where the Public Solicitor’s Office assists people with are :

• Divorce and Family Law ;
• Maintenance of of children;
• Restraining orders
• Employment Law including unfair dismissal and non-payment of entitlements
• Personal injury claims; or
• Accident claims

 The Public Solicitor’s Office also provides  advice to people on any legal matter that they may have.
