The office of the Public Solicitor is currently having an Acting Public Solicitor, Mr. Henzler Vira from Ambae. Mr. Vira graduated with a Law Degree at the University of the South Pacific in Emalus campus in 2005.

He is the longest serving solicitor who serve with two previous Public Solicitor, Mr. Hilary Toa and Late Jacob Kausiama. He is acting as a Public Solicitor for a period of 12 weeks while the Public Solicitor Ms. Jane k Tari is on maternity leave. Mr. Vira contract will end on 30 May 2026.
