We are pleased to share highlights from a significant diplomatic and professional milestone in our region.

On 25th August 2026, the Public Prosecutor of Papua New Guinea, Ms.Helen Roalakona and her Senior Legal Prosecutor paid a courtesy visit to the Public Solicitor of Vanuatu, Ms. Jane K Tari her staffs.

This visit is a cornerstone of the ongoing Melanesian Twinning Program, after a signing partnership between Public Prosecutor of PNG and Public Prosecutor Vanuatu, designed to foster closer cooperation between our two nations’ legal and public service institutions. Rooted in shared Melanesian heritage, the program aims to enhance judicial integrity, protect human rights, and streamline cross-border legal cooperation.
